Problem Note 41830: Remote portlets might not display and an error message might be generated when you access the portlets with the SAS® Information Delivery Portal

When you specify a forward proxy server in Java Virtual Machine (JVM) arguments for the Web application server, the SAS Information Delivery Portal might not use the server when it displays remote portlets. The portlets might not display, and the portlet window might contain the following error message:
An error occured when invoking the portlet.
Currently, there is no solution or workaround of for this problem.
